Diversion reporting your owner can trust.
Every number in our reports is backed by actual scale tickets. We collect tickets for every haul, cross-check them against service activity and vendor invoices, and verify the recycling data, so your diversion reporting is accurate, transparent and reliable.
Want to see what a report looks like?
Ask us. We'll walk you through one from a finished project and show you what your owner gets each month.
Talk to usWe'll show you how the number gets made. In person.
How we build a diversion report is the work you're paying for, so we keep the details for our clients. Once you're working with us you'll see every step, and every number on your report is backed by a scale ticket.
Talk to us about your projectWe only report what's been verified.
A diversion report is a document somebody signs and hands to an owner. If it's wrong, the general contractor is the one who has to answer for it.
So we don't count a load that isn't cross-verified, and we don't report a rate we can't back up.
September's numbers go out in October.
A facility reports what it recycled about thirty days after a load leaves your site. We wait for that, verify it, and then it goes on your report. Nothing is listed as pending or estimated. If it's on the report, it's been verified.
Four things land on your desk.
Progress reports
You get tons hauled, tons diverted and the running rate by material, monthly, quarterly or project to date.
Active feedback
Where your diversion stands, what went wrong (a contaminated load, too much trash in a recycling container) and what to change on site to do better next month.
Closeout report
This is the final signed document that goes to your owner, or into your LEED submission.
Not a LEED job?
Plenty of owners set a recycling goal without chasing certification. You get the same reports, built the same way, against the goal you set.
Waste management plans and LEED submissions, written for your job.
We write the construction waste management plan, build the diversion report and prepare what the LEED reviewer asks for. We don't publish how-to guides. We do the work with you.
