These terms cover your use of this website and our text messaging program. Service on a project is governed by the agreement you sign with us for that project.

The information on this site describes our services in general terms. Sizes, availability, lead times and prices vary by market and by project.
A quote request sent through this site is a request, and nothing more. We are not committed to a price or a schedule, and neither are you, until both of us agree in writing. [Confirm with EWS counsel.]
Text messaging program
Program name: Exceptional Waste Solutions. If you opt in on one of our forms, we send text messages about your quote request or your project, such as confirmations, scheduling and service updates. If you opt in separately to marketing, we send occasional messages about our services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we send one message to confirm, and then no more. Reply HELP for help, call 816-446-7369, or email support@exceptionalwastesolutions.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Content and reviews
The text, photographs, graphics and logos on this site belong to Exceptional Waste Solutions, LLC or are used with permission. Client reviews are quoted as the clients wrote them.
Project figures on this site, such as tonnage and diversion rates, come from signed reports for those projects. They describe past work and are not a promise about a future project.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including LinkedIn and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them.
